Planning your destination wedding should feel exciting and effortless. At Global Weddings no two couples are the same so we offer a couple of ways to begin depending on how you like to plan and make decisions.

Option One

Ready to Lock Everything In

If our initial call has you excited and you are ready to begin we can secure your date your venue and our team straight away.

To confirm your booking you will

Complete our Booking Form
Review and sign our Terms and Conditions
Pay your Global Weddings deposit along with the venue deposit if required

Once this is complete your date is secured and we begin creating your celebration with you.

Within 14 days we send you your full confirmation which outlines your inclusions payment timelines additional deposits and the key steps moving forward.

Option Two

Prefer to See Everything First

If you would like to review all the details before making a decision we offer our comprehensive proposal option.

For a fee of $300 we prepare a fully itemised beautifully presented proposal for up to three venues including

All inclusions
Budget estimates
Venue comparisons
Styling and event flow considerations

And the best thing your $300 fee is credited back to your booking when you go ahead.

This gives you complete clarity and peace of mind. Nothing changes unless you change something so you know exactly what to expect.

Once you decide on your venue you simply complete the Booking Form sign the Terms and Conditions and pay the deposit. We then secure your date and send your full confirmation within 14 days.
